Preliminary Ratings: Saturday 01/20/2018

The NBA on ABC debuted to winning numbers, scoring 3.5 million viewers and a relatively solid 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. The demos were strong enough to basically double up the next closest competing program on the night. The opening game on the network was down, slightly, from the 2017 opener.

FOX, CBS and NBC all battled it out for a distant second place, rocking encores for most of the night.
